The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. You can easily explore the shops, museums, and restaurants without having to travel far. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as air conditioning and a TV. The private bathrooms are also well-maintained, with large showers and all the necessary facilities.
The lack of soundproofing can be an issue, as you can hear noise from other guests and the busy surroundings at night.

Our recent stay at Rooms Eden Old Town was fantastic! The apartment was cute and clean, with a fine view from the window. We loved having a small kitchen with all the necessary cooking amenities, as well as complimentary tea and coffee. The WiFi connection was excellent, important for our work. The location couldn't have been better, right in the city center with convenient access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The cherry on top was the amazing staff who were helpful and responsive to our needs. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Dubrovnik.
The bed was quite high off the ground, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. these were not major issues for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cute, and had a beautiful view. The small kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment, and I even got complimentary tea and coffee. The Wifi connection was fast and reliable, great for my work. The location was perfect, right in the city center with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The best part was the staff, who were kind and helpful. They responded quickly to all my questions and went out of their way to assist me. I would love to stay here again!

Great location in the heart of old town. Kind staff, helped with luggage and allowed late check-out. Clean and cool room with useful amenities. Ideal for exploring historic core. Highly recommended!
